Kids in the Kitchen - It's Kids ZUMBA TIME!!
CALLING ALL KIDS!!! Join OMHS Healthpark Instructor Jen Thompson for a spectacular KIDS ZUMBA workout and then help yourself to a free lunch through our Summer Feeding Program from students 18yrs and younger!!! Junior League of Owensboro will be offering their special KIDS IN THE KITCHEN programming as well!
Spiders! Making your own nut-butter will be fun! Spread on whole grain bread, add some pretzel stick legs, raisin eyes, and pretty soon, we'll be eating spiders! Samples of almond butter will be used, with peanut butter available upon request. The lesson's focus is on the importance of protein and building strong muscles.
